As a school, we are proud that we are moving towards making the idea of the Curriculum for Wales a reality. Teachers plan according to the 6 Areas of Learning and Experience, with the Cross-Curricular Skills and the 4 Purposes at the heart of the planning.

Y 4 Diben / The 4 Purposes 

Mae’r 4 diben wrth wraidd gweledigaeth a holl weithgarwch yr Ysgol. Mae’r athrawon yn cynllunio gan sicrhau fod y 4 Diben yn ganolig ac mae’r amgylchedd dysgu boed tu fewn y dosbarth a thu allan yn hyrwyddo’r dibenion. Er mwyn sicrhau dealltwriaeth y disgyblion o’r 4 diben a’i pherthnasedd i fywyd pob dydd yn yr Ysgol, rydym wedi creu logo ar gyfer pob un o’r dibenion. 

The 4 Purposes are at the heart of the school's vision and its activities. Teachers plan to ensure that the 4 purposes are central and that the learning environment, both inside and outside the classroom, promotes the purposes. To ensure pupils' understanding of the 4 purposes and its relevance to everyday life at the School, we have created a logo for each of the purposes
